Day 8 - we don't know what day it is and we don't care!

14:00
Day 8 and we have rocked up at camping ibiza laplaya http://www.campingibizalaplaya.com/

Last night's sleep at amante, another wild camp, worked a treat. However, we have decided we need a few days to spread out and decamp a little...clean Vera etc. We have booked in for 3 nights, which cost 117 euro with hookup. Not the cheapest, but the site is right on the beach and has plenty of facilities, it's also the first time we will have paid to stay in a campsite...other than the 3 euros at the Aires. The site also has an awesome hippy beach bar, currently playing bob Marley and full of people chilling out. Feeling a little out of place in my topshop cover up, minus the nose rings, joint and beads...maybe I will sort that later.

Again, sorry for the blurge of photos now. We will re arrange when we can use a laptop...on the phones the app is poop.

My favourite bocadillos; two types of salami, ali oli (garlic butter), big green tomato (like a green pepper taste) and a slice of emmantal:

We have just finished an awesome little Cobb meal. Spanish fajitas, homemade. Yum!

Recipe:
Whole corn fed chicken, marinated in dry chicken seasoning, harissa paste, salt and a little bit of oil. Slow cooked on the Cobb in a roasting bag.

After an hour we added the onions and red / green peppers to the bottom. These were in foil parcels and seasoned with salt, chilli flakes, garlic and oil.

An hour later, we took Pedro the chicken off and popped a few wraps in the top of the Cobb.

Chicken carved, we made the wraps up, adding sliced green tomatoes and the secret ingredient - ali oli, which completely made the fajitas.

Now, we are fed and sat here debating whether to have an early night or join in with the band that are at the bar...tough decisions in this life ;)
